Born out of a passion for baking and a commitment to creating something delicious and celiac-safe, Rachel created Funky Bread Bakes.
With the desire to finally have gluten-free bread and treats that tasted delicious, wouldn’t crumble, and most importantly, were safe for her boyfriend with Celiac Disease to eat.
With my boyfriend’s celiac disease and my love of sourdough bread (and food In general), we found ourselves tired of palm-sized gluten-free loaves from the store.
That’s when the Idea struck me- why not create our own gluten-free sourdough bakes that are big on taste and texture? And through trial and error, and lots of taste testing, Funky Bread Bakes was born!
My goal is to bring delicious bakes straight from my home to you. Allowing you the freedom to eat delicious gluten-free and celiac-safe bakes.
